What you need to know…..
Details of events that Tees RC frequent can be found on the Racing Calendar page under the News & Events menu.
ALL ENTRIES should be sent by email to both the Entries Secretary and the Captain before the closing date of the event.
The process:
1) Choose your race(s)
The events poster will detail all the race categories available.
On your email you must specify the race you want to be entered for, including the Division (if applicable) and the age category (again if applicable).
2) Write down your crew list
Ordered from Bow to Stroke and including the cox if you have one.
3) State your preferred boat
You are not guaranteed to get your first choice. It depends on various factors and is decided on by both Entries Secretary & Captain together.
4) Composite Crews only
If your crew contains rowers from another club, you should detail their BR racing numbers.
5) Payment
Request for payment will be sent after the event and each crew member will be contacted individually.
6) Can you tow?
Finding people willing to tow the trailer to and/or from an event is tricky. Please specify if anyone in your crew is willing to to this.
Don’t forget that all crew members’ BR membership MUST be valid for the date of the race to enable entry.
